Cosmic Energy & Meditation
The bond between universes, galaxies and every fractal of life, and how meditation lets us receive it in abundance.
From an alchemist’s perspective, our universe is just a drop in a vast ocean of universes, and Cosmic Energy exists everywhere in the multiverse.
Cosmic Energy is the bond between the universes, galaxies, solar systems, planets, human beings and every fractal of life in creation. It is the ‘space’ between each and everything. It is the bond which keeps the whole cosmos in order.
Cosmic Energy is the ‘Life Force’.
This Cosmic Energy is essential to maintain the order of our life and to expand our consciousness. It is the base for all our actions and functions. We receive some amount of Cosmic Energy in deep sleep and in total silence, and we use it for the day-to-day activities of our mind, like seeing, speaking, hearing and thinking, and for all the actions of our body.
This limited energy gained through sleep is not sufficient for these activities. That is why we feel exhausted, tired and tense, which leads to mental and physical stress. The only way to overcome this is to receive more and more Cosmic Energy.
Cosmic Energy is essential to:
- Maintain the order of our life
- Lead a healthy and happy life
- Be totally involved in all the situations we are in
- Obtain knowledge
- And finally, expand our consciousness
Meditation is conscious sleep
Abundant Cosmic Energy is obtained through meditation. Meditation is the journey of our consciousness towards the Self. Sleep is unconscious meditation; meditation is conscious sleep. We receive some Cosmic Energy in sleep and in deep silence, and we receive it abundantly in meditation.
Meditation is the journey of our consciousness from body to mind, mind to intellect, intellect to Self, and beyond.
Our Energy Body receives Cosmic Energy during sleep and meditation. The Energy Body is the structure for the consciousness, formed of more than 72,000 energy tubes which all start from the head region and spread throughout the body like the roots of a plant. It is the main base for the design of our life, and the main source for all our actions and even for our existence.
